Fitness

Eating healthy is only one part of living a healthy, happy lifestyle. Regular exercise is an essentially part of maintaining your health as well. Exercise helps maintain healthy weight, blood pressure & cholesterol.

Volunteers

Member volunteers do early morning duty in the gym, ie post scheduling sheets, tidy up, check the Maintenance and Occurrence Logs and make sure there is a sufficient supply of water and towels. If you would like to volunteer please contact Diane Cumby email edianecumby@hotmail.com
